        • Due to the nature of the digital products, such as downloadable files or online services, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been 

        delivered or accessed.

        • However, If you experience any technical issues or have concerns about the quality of our digital products, please contact us within 24 hours of 

        purchase for assistance. 


 Cleaning and Gardening Services


            1. Cancellation Policy:

 

                    • If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, gardening, or admin service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid 

                    cancellation fees. 

                    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

            

            2. Refunds for Services:


                    Refunds for services rendered are considered on a case-by-case basis.

                    If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service delivery date to discuss your concerns and 

                    request a refund. 

                    Refunds may be issued in full or partial depending on the circumstances and our assessment of the situation. 

  

 How to Request a Refund: 

 To request a refund for a digital product, product or service, please contact our customer support team at admin@thefpa.co. Please provide your order details, 

 including the order number and reason for the refund request. 

 Additional Information: 

 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. 

 Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 Freelance PA reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are not in accordance with this policy or are deemed to be fraudulent are abusive.
